"It's for THE BIRDS"

Hello, today last day for "It's for THE BIRDS" blog hop! I saw so many cute, funny and beautiful birds! Thanks to Madame Samm and Mary for organizing this blog hop for us. I always learn something new and get great ideas and I have seen many great projects - bloggers are so creative!

At the shopping heart of Ankara there is small park - Kugulu park. This is the birds place). When my children were unable to walk we spent time there but this days it can be dangerous for those birds)

So, what I did for the blog hop?
Because before I bought sewing mashine I was a crazy cross stitcher first I did this small ornament, I had the pattern and like this blue bird! I did also box and decorated it with fabric, ric-rac and buttons - now I have place for all my needles. Before it take time to find what I need.

fabric - J'ADORE STELLA, cross stitch design - "Pins & Needles" by Raise The Roof Designs.

The other project is two linen pillow.

We bought small house near to sea at February. Summer in Turkey very hot and it is not easy to stay inside house with 3 small boys which are full of energy - so hope there we will find something to do...) I didn't see this house but I have "House of my dream" plan so I start from those pillow).
I love linen fabric but this one special - it is handmade vilage linen and my mom brought it from Belarus when they visited us last summer. Then I did paper piecing bloсks - I want them to look like polaroid photos, something like great memories about summer! Fabric for "photos" from makower uk, don't know name of it and white linen and some wood buttons.

I looking for 3 people who want to join to my personal SWAP/PIF.
